1. General Disclaimer  

Abundance Manifestation Solutions Pvt Ltd offers wellness coaching and training using alternative healing modalities, including but not limited to sound healing, energy healing, and manifestation techniques. Our services aim to support personal growth, well-being, and abundance.  


2. No Medical Advice or Treatment :Limitation of Liability  

Our programs and services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We strongly recommend that you seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health professionals before engaging in any of our practices, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.  Abundance Manifestation Solutions Pvt Ltd, its employees, volunteers, instructors, and any other individuals associated with the company (hereafter collectively referred to as "the Company") provide wellness coaching, training, and education using alternative healing modalities, including but not limited to sound healing, energy healing, and manifestation techniques. The Company’s services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.  

2.a) Non-Substitution of Medical Care
The Company’s programs and services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any guidance, suggestions, or information provided during courses, webinars, training, or other activities is meant for educational and personal development purposes only. Participants are advised to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before engaging in any practices or techniques offered through our programs, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions, are taking prescription medications, or are undergoing medical treatment.

2.b) Assumption of Risk  
Participation in any of the Company’s programs is entirely voluntary, and any application of the techniques or processes is at the participant’s own risk. By engaging in these practices, participants acknowledge that healing modalities offered by the Company may involve energetic shifts, emotional processing, and mental clarity that could affect the individual’s physical and psychological condition.  The Company and its representatives do not guarantee any specific outcomes related to health, emotional well-being, or personal development.  

2.c) Limitation of Liability for Medical Issues  
The Company, its directors, employees, instructors, and any other associated personnel shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, harm, illness, or worsening of any pre-existing condition that occurs before, during, or after the participation in our programs or during the use of any of the techniques taught.  This includes, but is not limited to, any adverse physical, mental, or emotional effects that arise during the participation in our courses, practices performed outside the course, or post-course personal practices based on the teachings or techniques provided by the Company.  The Company explicitly disclaims any responsibility or liability for the following:  Medical issues or conditions that arise during or after participation in the program. Worsening of any pre-existing medical conditions during or after engagement with our services. Any side effects resulting from the participant’s application of any healing techniques in their personal or professional life.  Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or costs arising from the use of the services or participation in the programs, including any claims related to personal injury or medical issues.  

2.d) Personal Responsibility and Decision to Seek Medical Advice  
It is the participant’s sole responsibility to decide whether to seek professional medical advice before, during, or after engaging in the healing practices or techniques provided by the Company. The Company encourages all participants to prioritize their health and well-being by consulting qualified healthcare professionals when necessary.  No information provided by the Company should be interpreted as medical advice. The Company does not claim to treat or cure any disease or illness. Any suggestions provided are intended for personal growth and development and are complementary to, but not a replacement for, professional medical care.  

2.e) Acknowledgment 
By enrolling in and participating in any of the Company’s programs, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and limitation of liability and accept full responsibility for their own health and well-being during the use of the Company’s services.

3. Personal Responsibility 
You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided in our programs. While we offer guidance and support, the results may vary depending on individual circumstances.  

4. Participation and Code of Conduct 

As a student or participant in our community, you are expected to:  Treat others with respect and kindness. Avoid sharing proprietary content or materials without permission. Use the information provided for personal growth and not for harmful or unethical purposes.

5. Intellectual Property 

All content provided on our website and during our programs, including text, images, videos, and course materials, are the intellectual property of Abundance Manifestation Solutions Pvt Ltd and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written consent.  

6. Limitation of Liability 
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our services. Participation in any healing practices or training is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for any outcomes.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes through email or via our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.  

8. Governing Law 
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
